It's a very interesting field, and I thought the only thing not covered for those who might consider a career in that area would be what one can expect for as a <a href="http://www.glassdoor.com/Salaries/broker-salary-SRCH_KO0,6.htm" rel="nofollow">broker salary</a>. Explanation of the method of payment was spot on though. Great article for those of us who were never entirely sure what this profession is all about!
