Thanks for your comments Ronny. While I understand what you are saying ... there IS a big difference in the housing market from the UK to here in Vancouver Canada!

While I agree with the basics in Have You Been Rejected? | Averbach Mortgages Blog , I think the positive sentiment around today is a concequence of a politically engineered set of circumstances. The demand for consumer finance is still weak and there is no significant improvement in the housing market. The developed countries are surviving on their politicians ability to just borrow and spend into their economies which is unsustainable. Regards, Ronny Lothspeich.

Justin and Mike were instrumental in finding the perfect mortgage for my family. The rate was the most fantastic part as it was far better than anything the Banks could offer. Justin was very easy to work with and and explained everything to great detail the whole way through.

I have recommended Averbach Mortgages to several of my friends and co-workers and they too have had positive experiences.

Thanks again Justin and Mike!

Lori ... thanks for your comments. Justin knows how important and stressful a first time purchase is ... after all, for most people it is one of the biggest purchases of their lifetime. We believe that it is critical to know what you are getting into and what you are committing yourself to. Justin simply does not let anything slip through the cracks, especially having you understand what you are signing! Both of us are thrilled that you are happy with your new home.
